Linen is provided to the main bedroom in villas and cabins. Other Linen is available for hire. | 4 night minimum booking at Easter, 3 nights over School Holidays & long weekends, 2 nights all other weekends. $10 surcharge on 1 night cabin stays | Current from 1st April 2011 - 31st March 2012. Children 3 & 4 years old will be charged from 1.4.2012 |
Cancellation & Refund Policy
 As a BIG4 Club Member if you are not entirely satisfied with the service and facilties of our BIG4 Holiday Park, within one hour of check-in your registration fees will be
cheerfully refunded.
- Cancellation in PEAK & NON PEAK periods where more that 30 days notice is given - Guests will be refuned their deposit, less a $25 administration fee.
 Cancellation in NON PEAK periods where less than 30 days notice is given & where we are able to rebook the site/cabin/villa for the same period - Guests will be refunded their deposit, less a $25 administation fee.- Cancellation in PEAK periods where less than 30 days notice is given - No refunds will begiven for any reason. Deposits are not transferable to another booking or time. Under no circumstances are fees refunded should you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, so please book wisely.
