Cancellation & Refund Policy
 As a BIG4 Club Member if you are not entirely satisfied with the service and facilties of our BIG4 Holiday Park, within one hour of check-in your registration fees will be
cheerfully refunded.
Cancellation with more than 30 days notice - Guests will be refunded in full, less a $15 administration fee. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice - Guests will be refunded, less a $15 administration fee, should we rebook the site/cabin/villa for the same period. Less than 7 days notice - No refunds will be given. Deposits are not transferable to a later date or to another booking. Under no circumstances are fees refunded should you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, so please book wisely.
