Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation in PEAK & NON-PEAK periods where more than 30 days' notice is given - guests will be refunded their deposit, less a $30 administration fee. Cancellation in NON-PEAK periods where less than 30 days' notice is given & where we are able to re-book the site/cabin/villa for the same period - guests will be refunded their deposit, less a $30 administration fee. Cancellation in PEAK periods where less than 30 days' notice is given - NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. Deposits are not transferable to another booking or to another time. Under no circumstances are fees refunded should you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, so please book wisely.

You need to know

Booking Deposit: A credit card deposit equivalent to the first night's tariff is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in. 

Reception hours are 8:00am to 5.00pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.

Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
